The 2020 Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Strike Energy Limited (the “Company”) will be held virtually at https://web.lumiagm.comat 10.00am (Perth time) on Tuesday, 1 December 2020 (“Meeting”). The Meeting will be held virtually due to circumstances arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, including government restrictions on gatherings, in accordance with the Corporations (Coronavirus Economic Response) Determination No. 1 2020 (Cth).
