2026 AGM INFORMATION
Strike Energy Limited ( ASX: STX ; Strike or the Company ) will be holding its annual general meeting of
shareholders at 1 1:00am (AWST) on Tuesday , 17 November 2026 ( Meeting ) at The Celtic Club , 48 Ord
Street, West Perth WA 6005.
F urther information on how to participate in the Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Notice
of Meeting to be dispatched in October 2026.
In accordance with Clause 4.5 of the Constitution, the Company advises that valid nominations for the
position of director must be received by the Company on or before 1 1:00am (AWST) Tuesday , 2 9
September 2026, being at least 3 5 business days before the date of the Meeting.
Pursuant to the Company’s Constitution, a nomination must be accompanied by a notice signed by a
member nominating the person for election as a director, together with a notice signed by the nominee
consenting to the nomination and to act as a director.
This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
