2024 Annual General Meeting and
Key Dates

In accordance with ASX Listing rule 3.13.1, Strike Energy Limited (ASX “STX”) (Strike) advises
that its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on 28 November 2024. Further information
on how to participate in the Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting
to be dispatched in October 2024.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, Strike advises that valid nominations for the position
of Director must be received by the Company on or before 10 October 2024, being at least 35
business days before the date of the AGM.
